MPC wins GENIE Award for Jacques Audiard's Emilia Pérez

A Night to Remember

One of the most touching moments of the evening was when Christophe “Tchook” Courgeau, a dedicated member of MPC Paris for 27 years, presented the honorary GENIE award to Michael Pangrazio. A true legend in matte painting, Michael has been an inspiration and a mentor from afar for Christophe, even though they met for the first time during the ceremony.

This moment beautifully captures the spirit of mentorship and artistic legacy that drives the visual effects industry.
