We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Lucinda Keeler as Head of Production for its London studio. With over two decades in the VFX industry, Keeler brings a wealth of experience and leadership to this pivotal role.

Reporting into MPC’s Global Heads of Production, Luke Groves and Alexandra Daunt Watney, Lucinda will manage all aspects of the London studio’s production pipeline. Her focus will be on optimising workflows, advancing technical capabilities, and overseeing the delivery of shots for high-profile film and episodic projects. Under her guidance, MPC aims to further elevate its production processes, reinforcing its position as a leader in visual effects and animation.

Most recently, Keeler served as VFX Producer for Showtime’s historical drama The First Lady and Hulu’s miniseries We Were the Lucky Ones, overseeing project delivery while collaborating closely with showrunners and creative teams to align the visual effects with the overall vision. Prior to this, she was VFX Producer at Framestore, overseeing production on movies including director Andy Serkis’ Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle.

Her distinguished career includes working at major studios, contributing to several of the most successful blockbuster films of recent years. In 2018, she was part of the team that delivered the stunning visual effects for Disney’s Maleficent: Mistress of Evil and Netflix’s Cursed. In 2013, she joined Paramount Studios as VFX Coordinator for the global phenomenon World War Z. Earlier in her career, Keeler made a significant impact at Warner Bros., where she worked on the Academy Award-winning space epic Gravity.

Keeler’s journey in the VFX industry began at Framestore, where she quickly rose through the ranks from Data Operator to VFX Line Producer, laying the foundation for her career.

“I’m excited to join the incredible team at MPC London and be part of a studio that consistently sets the standard for artistry and innovation in visual effects,” said Keeler. “Having long admired their work, I’m excited to collaborate with them to create stunning visuals and help bring our client’s visions to life.”

Andrea Miloro, Chief Business and Strategy Officer, MPC and Mikros Animation commented, “Lucinda’s appointment marks an exciting new chapter for MPC. Her wealth of experience and leadership will be key as we expand our production capabilities to meet the growing demands of film, TV, and streaming services.”
